Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes the terms under which customers of Tegrilu SRL may cancel their subscription and request a refund for services related to our Jira plugin ("Service").

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Atlassian account or directly via our platform (if purchased outside the Marketplace).

  • For Atlassian Marketplace purchases, cancellation is handled via Atlassian’s billing portal.
  • For direct subscriptions, contact us at contact@aperta.red to initiate cancellation.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • The reason for refund is related to technical issues that we could not resolve.
  • No significant or abusive usage of the plugin has occurred during the refund period.

Refunds are not issued for partial months of service, unused features, or dissatisfaction outside the eligibility window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our billing team at contact@aperta.red and include:

  • Your account email or Atlassian ID
  • Purchase date and invoice number
  • A brief description of the issue or reason for refund

4. Processing Time

Refunds will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page.
